Job Description

We' re now hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the call center for our client, a women' s clothing distributor located in Lexington! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a pay rate of $10.00 per hour, and a flexible schedule, with candidates submitting schedule requests the week before working. Candidates must be able to work weekends (either Saturday or Sunday), with one weekend off per month. Call Center Representatives will receive inbound calls and take orders, process payment, and troubleshoot any issues over the phone. Candidates must have strong data entry skills and be able to learn on the job with one-on-one training. - High School Diploma or equivalent
_ previous customer service experience is preferred
- Data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to learn with one-on-one, on the job training
- Comfortable working in a call center environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Customer service oriented, with a pleasant speaking voice over the phone
- Patience in dealing with a variety of people and ages
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately, and to troubleshoot issues
