Job Description

We are now hiring a Customer Service Associate for our client, a manufacturer of women' s apparel and accessories located in Lexington! The responsibilities of this role include servicing inbound customer service and product specific order management telephone calls. Inquiries must be processed professionally and in entirety while working to exceed the customer s expectations. This is a temporary opportunity, working in a call center environment. Candidates must be able to work varying and flexible hours including some weekend coverage (Hours of operation are M-F 7am -11pm, Sat 8am 11pm and Sun 1-6). The starting pay rate for this position is $10.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a clear speaking voice, and previous customer service or retail experience. Duties Performed for Role Success:
- Successfully responding to and applicable documentation of inbound customer telephone inquiries concerning order placement, product information, sizing, shipment status, return/exchange status or any other related information
- Demonstrate a strong functional understanding of merchandise; including, but not limited to, knowledge of sizing, similar to products and offerings
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of any mediums used by customer including website functionality, catalogs, direct mailing and/or promotional offers
- Ability to efficiently and accurately key orders, key catalog requests, open and/or key mail
- Demonstrate the ability to verbally communicate using clear and concise language
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to achieve results in a team environment

Core Competencies:
- Ideal candidate would possess previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Ideal candidate is motivated with eagerness to learn and grow
- Possess a strong desire to become a contributing member of the customer service team
- Ability to work varying and flexible hours including some weekend coverage (Hours of operation are M-F 7am -11pm, Sat 8am 11pm and Sun 1-6)

- Superb communication skills
- Excellent multitasking capabilities in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of computers Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to seek customer focused solutions
- Ability to interact and communicate with management of all levels
