We' re now hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, an industry-leading team of propane professionals located in Winston-Salem! This position is temporary, with the potential to lead to permanent employment, and is offering a pay rate of $12.00 per hour! Are you an enthusiastic, problem solving individual who enjoys exceeding customer expectations? This team of Customer Service Specialists builds and maintains relationships by providing exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge. This position will have a varying schedule, working Monday-Saturday with open availability between 8: 00am-8: 00pm. Candidates must be able to work all Saturdays, and have schedule flexibility for hours that may change week to week. - Build and maintain relationships with customers in order to effectively address needs
- Work in a call center setting and field inbound calls from customers
- Serve customers by providing information, and resolving problems
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about products and services
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer' s complaint, determining problem, selecting best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment
- Collect customer information and analyze customer needs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- VERY flexible schedule, and ability to work varying hours week to week
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Previous Sales experience, ideally selling large bulk products, as well as experience in upselling product
- Enthusiastic attitude and skilled at problem solving
