We' re seeking a Healthcare/Janitorial Account Manager for our client, on of the leading facility service companies in the country, to join their team in Winston-Salem! This is a permanent, Direct Hire opportunity offering a competitive salary range and a flexible 1st shift schedule (Monday-Friday) with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. The Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention and strong employee relations. Specific responsibilities will include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, troubleshooting/problem solving, orientation/training of supervisory and support personnel, safety compliance, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost effective manner. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, as well as experience in a Janitorial/Facility Maintenance role. Responsibilities:
- Control expenses for all Janitorial operations within the plant, and review job cost and make necessary adjustments to meet budget compliance
- Create and forecast productivity, staffing and budget plans
- Maintain employee personnel records for administrative compliance
- Plan, organize, coordinate, execute and supervise functions of janitorial operations on all shifts
- Establish work flow processes and standards
- Initiate corrective action in a professional and thorough manner as needed
- Highest level of commitment to client satisfaction and quality standards
- Ability to take on the leadership role in client communication regarding our programs and services, as well as performance under the contract
- Provide feedback to management as needed on unique client requirements and opportunities to expand client relationship
- Ensure that service delivery is consistent with the highest quality of standards within our organization
- Ensure that environmental procedures are being maintained in accordance with Local, State, Federal and Company requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor' s Degree from a four-year institution
- Janitorial/Facility Maintenance is required, and Healthcare Industry experience is preferred
- Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team
- Knowledge of human resource policies and practices, including development of staffing plans and job descriptions, employee relations, training, safety, benefit administration and succession planning
- At least 3-years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong communication skills, with excellent people and leadership skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, reach up, and lift up to 50 pounds as required
- Comfortable working in heavy industrial environments for extended periods of time
